1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing the services of Mike Boreholes and Irrigation Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide specialized water solutions, including but not limited to:

• Borehole drilling and geological surveying.
• Installation and repair of irrigation systems.
• Pump installations (Submersible and Booster).
• Water filtration and tank storage systems.

3. Quotations and Payments

All quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

• A deposit (percentage specified in quote) is required before any work commences.
• The final balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.
• Ownership of installed goods (pumps, tanks, pipes) remains with Mike Boreholes until full payment has been received.

4. Borehole Drilling Disclaimer

While we use advanced geological surveying methods to maximize the chances of finding water, Mike Boreholes cannot guarantee the quantity or quality of groundwater found. Drilling is inherently subject to geological uncertainties, and the client agrees to pay for the drilling depth regardless of the water yield.

5. Warranties and Liability

We take pride in our workmanship and offer standard warranties on installations:

• Workmanship: Guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of completion.
• Equipment: Pumps and motors carry their respective manufacturer’s warranties.
• We are not liable for damage caused by lightning, power surges, theft, or misuse of the equipment after installation.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations of scheduled work must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a call-out fee or forfeiture of the deposit to cover administrative and travel costs.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
